David Spalton (Staff, 1971-79) died in December 2024. After a degree in Geography at Hull University, and a Cert. Ed. from Reading University, Dave joined the Geography Dept. at King's, at the time led by Roger Wood. He taught across the age range, as well as taking U12 cricket, and left in 1979 to teach in Leeds.
